My daughter was sent to the ER while she was under the care of truecore. It has been a year and two months and creditors have been contacting us for the past due bill but when trying to get a hold of TrueCore, their website says that page doesn't exist when you try to contact them and their phone number gives you a list of options. Zero is the one that says how can we direct your call but you push zero and it says that extension is not valid. Getting a human being to call you back, good luck. The “owner” of this company just decided to raise our health insurance by $100/month and give us 15 days to decide if we want to keep it or cancel. Total DB move!!

There place and therapist suck because they are telling my kid what to do. It is not there place to and the therapist suck in there because she call her kids in there her not the parents. If you are a therapist would you give them encouragement and not tell them that your child is not coming home
