I’m so glad the patients got the care they needed however this is not a good place to work. They practice unsafe practices by admitting patients with mental health issues and refuse to document correctly! Night shift consist of a nurse and tech (most likely female) and several patients who may have mental health and behavioral issues. They don’t listen to their nurses when patients are in crisis and will leave the medical expertise to a clinical therapist…they lack the proper equipment and are more worried about patients cig... read more
