Every staff member, nurse, and doctor was incredibly nice and very understanding. I was nervous for the colonoscopy, but they were very patient with me and were very sweet and kind. The nurse who took care of me did everything she could to make me comfortable, and she was very understanding of my anxious stomach from the colonoscopy prep. When I was leaving, she even gave me some apple juice to help settle my stomach. I had a great experience here. Everyone including the receptionist, nurses, and doctor were very helpful and caring.
Clean, quick, and professional. Nurse was very helpful and took her time to explain everything. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I didn’t have any issues.
I can understand all the bad reviews-- they're written by grumpy, hangry old ppl who hasn't eaten anything in 2 days!! Anyway, I had a great experience here. They answer the phone when I called to reschedule. The receptionist is pretty attentive to everyone. The staff were all wonderful and caring. Each person you talk to ask the same questions a million times for some reason. They also answer all my questions. I had a referral to this place so I tried to call for an appointment several times and all I got was an answering machine, so I left a messages and they will not call back ,screw these people
