My first colonoscopy and was referred by my Kaiser doctor. Trying to book an appointment here was difficult. They did not send me instructions by email or mail. I literally had to call! When I checked in the front receptionist was not friendly and un attentive. Literally having a conversation with another patient who was sitting down waiting to be called on. she forgot to hand me my ID and Kaiser card. Had a great experience at this facility, a big thanks to nurse Nellie (hope that’s how you spell it) for making me feel so comfortable during my time there and making sure I was comfortable. Everyone was great , answered all my questions and thoroughly reviewed my health history. Great team!!

Did my colonoscopy. Check in / Surgeon / Anesthesiologist were fine. IVY was a nightmare!!!! I told the Hispanic girl that my veins are difficult and to have a someone with higher experience. She said that she is very good. A Hispanic male poked me twice. Then, she poked me twice. Finally, a RN came and got the ivy in the first time. They clearly should be checking in patients and not experimenting on them. Ask for RN for Ivy. It is painful!!
This facility is contracted through Kaiser. I had a surgery scheduled for Jan 2nd. I was there, the nurse and doctor was there. The facility was closed and the manager when called said they did not have any surgeries scheduled. 3 surgeries had to be cancelled. I read reviews and talk to other medical personnel from Kaiser and apparently this happens often.
