The service is always warm and welcoming. Everyone from Mandy to Ellie and Drs. Conaghan and Varney are always happy to see me and very friendly. They all offer the best professional environment while making me feel like family.

I have extensive experience dealing with dishonest dentists in my life and it cost me several of my teeth. Hopefully, when we moved to the area three years ago I found Dr. Conaghan a decent dentist and he is now our family dentist. Ever since we have been pleased with the service in general and with Dr. Conaghan, particularly. He is confident about his diagnosis and does not get offended when an explanation is requested, something that some dentists can not stand(= dishonesty!). Dr. Varney and staff were very friendly and welcoming.
I hate going to the dentist but since my first visit at Capital Dental I've been going back for regular cleanings and I'm having my old crowns replaced. Everyone in the office from the receptionist to the billing manager to the Dentists are extremely professional and so nice. They are genuinely concerned about my level of comfort during and after the procedure. Also, I love their follow-up e-mails. They actually e-mailed me twice on the evening of my procedure.. I remain very impressed with the entire staff.
I am new to the area. Was referred to Dr Varney. I had a fantastic experience! The office staff was very professional and friendly. Dr Varney was personable and really did a super job at assessing the health of my teeth and overall oral health. I think I have found a new dental practice !!
Of course, nothing can compare with Dr. C's skill, compassion, and patience with this particular patient -- with her impossibly difficult set of problems. And no office compares with yours for efficiency and kindness. She wishes him and all of you in the office a very blessed holiday.
