I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Truebility Performance Clinic. I herniated two discs in my lumbar spine about 11 years ago, and periodically battle symptoms from it. I've seen a number of chiropractors & therapists over the years; Dr Neff stands out as the best that I have encountered. The muscular activation dimension of his training has had a big and lasting impact on my health. He is extremely passionate about his work, and brings a great functional and athletic perspective.

I came across Dr. Garrett Neff while searching for alternative options after giving up on standard chiropractic adjustments. His AMIT approach found that the rib pain I was experiencing was not actually rib pain, but was due to lack of muscle activation as well as a compressed nerve in my neck. Within 3 sessions I no longer had any pain and was even able to move my shoulder better than I had in the last year. Amazing!!! Dr. Garrett Neff worked on me after the Lory XTerra and it was incredible. He worked on my neck and knee- he is really incredible. He explains what he is doing and somehow knows exactly how/where to work on me. Thank you so much Dr. Neff for helping me after my XTerra and before my half ironman! You rock big time.
