From the minute, we stepped into the building from the receptionist (i’m so sorry I can’t recall her name) and then we got the pleasure of having Kimberly SCOPINO do my hearing test We felt like we were in the hands of family we laughed. We giggled. We talked forever. She was very patient and kind listened to all my problems. I couldn’t recommend this place enough if I could give it 1000 stars I would. A+ plus
