On my fourth visit after purchasing new hearing aids I arrived hearing well from both ears and able to access the chimes feature which enabled me to monitor and access the level in each ear. During the session the right ear piece was replaced and Kimberly made some adjustments. Then I discovered I no longer had access to chimes and she was unable to restore it. Since then my right ear no longer has the volume or clarity I had from a loaner I had prior to this visit. Kimberly made a valiant effort but I left disappointed

I am completely pleased with the services I received from Dr. Kimberly and Nicole at TruEAR in the Villages office. All my questions and concerns have been immediately resolved. I highly recommend choosing this office and wished I had done so several years earlier.

Just made and cancelled an appointment at this location. The phone numbers listed go to an automated line that says the mail box is full and cannot accept any calls and hangs up. The receptionist called me back after seeing my call. I told her about the problem with leaving a message and her comment was "Is that what you called to tell me?". Rather a rude response. Dr. Danielle Rosier and her assistant, Nicole, Villages TruEar, are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My Aunt, age 98, has struggled for years with small ear canals and wax build up severely impairing her hearing. With a couple visits with Dr. Rosier and a recommendation to Ocala ENT, my aunt is again able to hear. Thank you!
