Fantastic Folks ... I was in town for just one night on the way to a cruise ship the next morning. Discovered I did not have my hearing aid charger. Checked many hearing places and no one has this brand. This location the Dr tells me lets see if we can pull a rabbit out of a hat. He found exactly what i needed YAY !! In the mean time the Very User Friendly Secretary was on the phone trying to locate one as well. Couldn't ask for better service for a guy just passing through. Very professional and efficient. They have made a recommendation on replacement hearing aides and I am now wearing a trial pair. Will return in 7 days, but all is great.
Very professional and efficient. I was not able to complete what I needed, but that was my own problem, not theirs. The made a recommendation so I should be good to go on next appointment ins 10 days.
Shawn was very through in the hearing testing procedures and provided me with the information I needed to make my final decision.
