They subcontract your projects to who ever they can find on the street and then dont pay the subcontractors who will ruin your project to teach them lesson via you … they are complete mess and it is better to stay away from them and their non ending internal issues…
Used plumbing services and was surprised by the expertise of Ed and his team in their persistence to clean a clogged pipe that had been previously diagnosed to need digging up the floor for replacement. Also, had a sink basin replaced that meant granite top needed to removed. Ed was able to do so without breakage. I am very pleased with work from Steinhorst!
Very happy with the services! David the plumber worked very hard for 2 days with our antique plumbing system, as well as Tobin their heating expert with our antique baseboard heating furnace got it working safely and working on finding parts to put the furnace back up to original specs.
