I have been going to True40 since January. It has been my favorite thing. I moved to Auburn a few months ago and knew no one. It has been amazing connecting with everyone and creating a community
True40 has quickly become my place of peace! I have been going for right over 4 months and have found it to be my favorite part of my day. My body feels so much better since swapping to this type of workout (before, I was running 3-5 times a week + doing 3 HIIT workouts a week). I can truly tell I am stronger and more tone! Love this place!!

Absolutely love True 40 and can’t recommend this enough. After not working out for a bit and approaching the “grandma” stage of life I took just one class and couldn’t get enough. They are warm and welcoming, the classes are easy to follow, the exercises are easy to modify (and they help you through the modifications). Highly recommend!!
