An exceptional experience from beginning to end. The staff demonstrated outstanding customer service, creating a warm and attentive environment where I felt truly cared for. Michelle was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. The clinic was very professional and organized. They took the time to provide thorough education, ensuring I fully understood the procedure and aftercare. Michelle’s expertise and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and reassuring. I would absolutely recommend this clinic.
I’m from Campbell and went to True You Medical Aesthetic for nose filler with Dr. Tran. He made me feel really comfortable and explained everything before starting. The procedure was quick and the results look super natural—exactly what I wanted. Staff was friendly and the clinic was clean. I’d definitely recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend this clinic at all! I signed up for one of their promos (30 units for $299) back in 2024. The office manager (unsure) Rosalie, said Dr. Tran would be the one doing my botox, but I was seen by nurse Thu instead. I highly recommend observing the overall "look" of your injector/clinic and it will give you a better understanding of what type of aesthetic they go for. I have been going to True You Medical Aesthetic, San Jose, CA for 3 years now for my lip filler and Nurse Thu never disappoints! The front desk ladies are always very nice and helpful! Nurse Thu and her assistant made sure I was comfortable and that I was happy with my results! Highly recommend.
