I've had back issues since I was young - typically goes out a couple times a year and I can barely move for a few weeks. I've been going to Dr. Heinz on a regular basis for about 3 years as of this writing and I've largely avoided any outages which prevent me from doing the things I love: workouts, golf, pickleball, etc. Dr. Heinz is very knowledgeable about all sorts of pain and injuries and has an array of therapies he can use to provide relief. Dr. Heinz has done incredible work for my back. I was barely mobile and in pain when I met with him, now I’m back to running and playing with my kids! I had tried traditional chiropractors and the quick adjustment just never seemed to build to anything. Dr. Ryan takes his time, uses stretching and other practices to make the area heal properly, rather than aggressive fast pops. He also encourages exercise and mobility, which was huge for me. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough. Not only is he an excellent chiropractor, but his expertise in Active Release Technique (ART) really sets him apart. He goes beyond basic adjustments and takes the time to understand the root cause of aches and pains. I’ve seen significant improvement in issues that I thought I would just have to live with.
