I made an appt with Dr. Trieu but was seen by someone else, despite my request to see Dr. Trieu. He gave me an incorrect prescription which my optician immediately identified. I complained and another appt was made for me to see Dr. Trieu. She was defensive and accused me of not trying during my first exam, which of course was not the case. She gave me a different prescription and specified bifocals, which I can’t use. The team has always provided time, quality support and guidance. I really love the new building design and the added team members. They have always been conscientious of people's financials and offer a way for people to get care on a scholarship. Whether is be for support or continual monitoring, the team explains the steps and keeps everyone in the loop
They do not accept insurance. No therapy was done; rather, she went with the watchful waiting approach. After months and months of charging us out of pocket for checkups and no therapy, my child’s optometrist realized nothing was being gained and referred us to a different therapist.
This is a wonderful place. Dr. Lynn Trieu and her staff are an amazing team that works diligently to bring your vision discrepancy back to normal or as close as they can. Tonya, Brittany, and James are very knowledgeable and empathetic about the therapy. Soa is in medical school now, but she was amazing, also. They work with young and old alike and work well together as a team. They're funny as well, so it's hard work but not without a laugh here and there. Stick with your program and you will be fine!
