Landon Pena was the installation technician that installed my replacement window glass. He was very knowledgeable and informative. The window glass I needed replaced was from a very old 1985 window well. He explained what he needed to do, and explained the condition of the previous owners attempt to secure the glass. Chris and Mike were outstanding! Friendly and efficient service. This new window works like a charm, it opens and closes with almost no resistance at all!
The initial process was quick - the technicians came out and assessed what needed to be fixed on my sliding glass door. Parts were ordered, and the work was rescheduled once the parts came in. The next technician that came to do the repair did not bring the special ordered parts and made the repair much longer than it needed to be. Additionally, the parts ordered and work performed did not solve the issue that was identified by the first set of technicians that assessed the issue.
Michael and Bryce came today to help us with a sticky patio door and were great. Fast, knowledgeable, and addressed the problem! I appreciate the maintenance expertise and that they did NOT try to sell us a new door.
