Best hardware store in NC! Sells quality equipment and excellent customer service with a personable small town personality.
Very rude associate so preoccupied with closing in 30 minutes they couldn't bother to help find the correct (non refundable) part. However, a quick response to correct the problem turned the situation back into a positive. I greatly appreciate the prompt solution and effort to make things right.
