Back Up Work Wide selection of home repair items and helpful staff. Recently they made good on several keys they cut when the blanks turned out to be too thick. They recut the keys with the correct blanks without question and with courtesy.
Not going to go there again. I've been their regular customer for 5 years. Well, not any more. Not after my car battery went dead. I went in to buy a battery charger. I asked for their guidance, and they picked a model for me. I brought it home and found out that it's not a jumpstarter, just a charger you use at home. I am a single woman, I've NEVER unscrewed a battery out of a car. I just needed the kind of a starter you attach to a battery while in the car. I thought I made it clear to those people?
