Great inventory of amazing things! Multi-purpose one stop shopping from garden/yard to household goods to building/renovation/repair supplies. Great sales circular. Excellent parking lot. These folks are knowledgeable, congenial, and attentive to their customers.
Can't imagine how they stay in business. When a customer asked for help, doesn't get any help. And besides there being no customer service, the jerk curses the customer out. !!! Wow !
poor customer service...by who I was told is the owner!... when the unhappy customer left the man, who is said to be the owner and also said had no time for the customer, suddenly had time to chase the displeased customer to shout obscenities at him. That, my friend is how you lose customers. I am starting to see why the parking lot is never full. I certainly will not be patronizing this place ever again!
RecommendedExcellent store. They sell the simple necessities a home owner would need that often cannot be found in large big box stores. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Reiman's is a vestige of old Staten Island that is disappearing on us a little at a time. Always well stocked and you're in and out. I've been coming here for projects for years and years and I have solved many problems and tackled a lot of projects over the years by items I've gotten here. The best of the best.

I needed a part for inside the toilet tank - and reiman's had it! This store is the greatest - well stocked, knowledgeable friendly staff, and best of all convenient to home.
