Excellent customer service! Jason was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My daughter received a great deal on her first car.
Dishonest practice.
Horrible customer service. Sold me a broken mini van. I was told I could not get a refund, sold me another vehicle, and then made us pay 1000 because we returned it. So they sell me a broken mini van then make me pay. The mechanic said they ended up writing off the vehicle. They also lied to me about the price of the second vehicle but I found the price tag on the floor of the vehicle. The second vehicle had tons of issues, immediately tried to remedy this, and was given the run around. Customer service non existent.
Excellent service. Jason was fantastic to deal with in helping us find the perfect used SUV for our family. He offered us a very helpful, patient and zero pressure experience. We are super happy and would go back again!
