Over the years every now and then I would visit Apple for some small pieces of scrap metal. Prices were reasonable and service friendly. Recently went in and picked out two aluminum flat plates from a scrap pile (scraped and dirty) 9 x 12 and 8 x 12 inches. 3/16 and 1/4 inch. Took them into office and let them know I got them from the cut off pile. It took some time for the two women to measure them out, and calculate the cost. Was asked how I would pay. They had the item I was looking for; however, the customer service experience was disappointing. The staff came across as rude, and I was left feeling as though my presence was an inconvenience.
I arrived at 4:45 and they were closed website says 5:pm
Always very helpful and efficient. We needed help with a windlass shaft for the motor. Ken led us in the right direction.
