I had a very disappointing experience with Walker's True Value Hardware. The pricing felt excessive, with added fees that were never clearly explained upfront. When I reviewed the receipt, the charges didn’t seem transparent or honest, which is very concerning. Customer service did not help clarify the situation, and instead left me feeling like I was being overcharged without justification. As a customer, you expect fairness and transparency—unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend this store.
