Gerber has had my car for over a month. I have not received daily or even weekly updates. Maybe I’ve heard from them twice in the past month. Insurance company told me it would take 5 days for repairs and they’ve had my car for over a month and refuse to tell me what the delay is. The past couple days I just keep being told “if not today then tomorrow”. No other explanation just a BS lie. I got my car back with a shitty paint job and a cracked rear bumper which was supposed to be new... which someone tried to melt back together and did a shit job... the production manager told me "ohhh we would never do something like that" well guess what lady you're sure did because I'm not going to break my car and try and melt it back together. The front of the car was painted poorly and had Orange Peel dimple spots all over it I will never go back here and I will never recommend the shop to anyone.
