Dr. Gail Yes, Virginia...there is a Santa Claus and her name is Mrs. Johnson and she lives at True Treasures!!! Mrs. Johnson has gathered a vista of high end furniture that anyone can afford. It is truly Santa's workshop for the homeowner. Where can you pay $800 for a $4000 dining table? I did just that. The staff feels like friends rather than employees. They understand your needs and your budget. I plan on returning many times...maybe just to visit old friends. Dr. J
Beautiful Things This company is right around the corner from where I work and I love to go in a just browse. Mr. & Mrs. Howard Johnson, the owners, are the hardest working people I've ever met. The store is spread out over at least 4 different store fronts with a huge selection of preowned, estate and collectible items. They have furniture and accessories. I have sold 2 oriental pedestal bases through them that were just to nice to sell in a garage sale. I would highly recommend this store.
Great Deals...unbelievable inventory I wandered into this consignment shop quite by accident...& wandered out with a gorgeous new apartment (well, new for me). True Treasures is aptly named. You will have to search through the amazing collection of antiques, used items and bric a brac, but it is very much worth it. The selection is just amazing and I found the prices to be quite reasonable. They also have sales VERY often...so watch your newspapers.
