I'm new to the area and thought I'd give them a try. The lady who did my pedicure has absolutely no idea what she's doing. She started by squeezing my toes excessively hard while removing the polish. Within the first five minutes, she hurt me multiple times (7 times). She burnt/filed my skin and kept catching my skin in her nail clippers. Lazy, sloppy work. A total waste of money. I'll have to go elsewhere for a real pedicure. Horrible experience. I won't be back.
The experience here was fantastic. The staff made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They listened carefully to what I wanted. My nails look perfect and feel great.
