had a very disappointing experience tonight. I arrived at 6:53 PM, before the salon’s posted 7:00 PM closing time. The OPEN sign was lit and blinking, both front doors were wide open, and customers were still inside getting pedicures. When I walked in, the woman at the front first told me they had closed at 5:00 PM, even though the salon was clearly open.
