Everything about this experience felt rushed. There was no cuticle work done on my toes (to be fair, my cuticles don't get too crazy), and polish was left on my skin. The nail tech gave the impression that she didn't want to work on my feet. There are many other salons in the area too try instead.
I have been going here for years and unfortunately just had a very bad experience! I went and had gel put on my toes about 2 weeks ago. The first day I had my toes done 1 of my toes completely came off. Then within the week 2 more of my toes polish came off. I was very patient with the staff and went back 2 times to have those nails fixed all within a week of having the gel polish put on. The staff is friendly and professional, always listening to customers' opinions. They are highly skilled and extremely professional in nail care. I appreciate their workmanship, very talented.
Everything makes me very satisfied and assured with the nail techniques of the staff here, they are highly skilled and very skillful. The nail salon also has spacious space, helping me feel more relaxed every time I visit.
Got my toes done on my lunch break and switched it up from my usual white 💅🏽 went with a bright strawberry kiss for Easter and summer vibes ☀️🌸 I’m actually loving the change… quick, smooth service and came out super cute! Thank you.
