Tracy (or however you spell her name. lady with the glasses) did my nails twice now. both terrible experiences. shes SLOWWW and she’s rude. she cut me off while I was talking so many times. when I explain something to Tracy it’s always “I know I know I know I know” but yet she gets it wrong and has to ask again EVERY TIME. so do you know? and how unprofessional it is to cut off a customer. she will not get another penny out of me.
I really struggle finding places that would do my nails and I would actually like them. This was my first time here and I LOVED my nails!! I got a gel manicure and pedicure, they were super attentive and made sure I was comfortable during my time here. Great attention to detail, and pedicure was super relaxing. Truly a great job!
Hugo does such amazing work. I will definitely be going back. This is one of the best nail salon ever we’re going to.
Me and my mom went here I need a fill and my mom needed two nails fixed plus a fill . She was charged $80 to get her nails filled. The lady doing my mothers nails Wanted to take all of her nails off and restart due to. She thought she didn't even have gel polish on until my mom told her there was gel nail polish. It was just Matte When I was getting polish put on my nails, I felt like it was rushed. She put the polish back. Everything about this experience felt rushed. There was no cuticle work done on my toes (to be fair, my cuticles don't get too crazy), and polish was left on my skin. The nail tech gave the impression that she didn't want to work on my feet. There are many other salons in the area too try instead.
