This place sucks!!!!! Not based on quality. Based upon the female who says she's the owner. Forced me to close out my card before all of my services were rendered. So I said I like to leave a tip at the end. She printed me a receipt with a tip line on it. I was told when leaving i could no longer leave a tip... so the poor lady who did my services now makes no money!!!!! Poor business standards.. especially for a place thats in Verrado. Tracy (or however you spell her name. lady with the glasses) did my nails twice now. both terrible experiences. shes SLOWWW and she’s rude. she cut me off while I was talking so many times. when I explain something to Tracy it’s always “I know I know I know I know” but yet she gets it wrong and has to ask again EVERY TIME. so do you know? and how unprofessional it is to cut off a customer. she will not get another penny out of me. I really struggle finding places that would do my nails and I would actually like them. This was my first time here and I LOVED my nails!! I got a gel manicure and pedicure, they were super attentive and made sure I was comfortable during my time here. Great attention to detail, and pedicure was super relaxing. Truly a great job!
Hugo does such amazing work. I will definitely be going back. This is one of the best nail salon ever we’re going to.
