In concert with my former mortgage lender (Old National Bank) the agents at True Title twice failed to identify a 5-figure ($XX,XXX) error on the payoff statement for which I was notified of full responsibility one week later. Their response (9/1/22) ‘sorry for the mixup…you should pay today to avoid additional interest’. Like me, readers will likely not have a choice which title company they visit, though I would encourage being very cautious.
RecommendedI would like to give a huge shout to to True Title Services for the service!!! I have been using theirs services for years and they go above and beyond in helping me!!!! As a Realtor they are my go -to for ANY real estate services you all rock!!!!
