Amazing staff. Providers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience.
I wouldn’t recommend, staff needs some training for safety. Gloves are for both patients and staff. Wearing gloves to touch doors and carts and equipment then touch patient is not sterile. Machine & Software for paperwork is cumbersome, doesn’t have options for men to click N/A for pregnancy questions. Doctor on staff to busy to assist and advise patient.
They go so into detail about lab results. I would have never known any of this. I highly recommend this place! You will truly be amazed with the knowledge of the nurses and staff!
Cx services today, due to high cost, but lack of communication, empathy and service didn't help. 15 minutes after my call they called back saying I owe for the entire month, 18 days into the month NOT have used any of their services since I picked up my meds in February still have not gotten my last lab results from February. DO NOT GO THERE If you're in menopause - they have a low doese protocol so for the first 2 to 3 month they put you on the bare minimum to suck you dry.
