From Dawn who went above and beyond to make sure we received the best service possible and explain our options on a Sunday evening no less. Once we chose one of the options to replace, Tiger and the 2 gentleman with him were out here to install our new HVAC system in no time. We contacted True Temp for an estimate to replace our HVAC system. They came out and looked at everything and said someone would get back to us. The guy didn’t give me any information at all about what we needed or what they offered. Then no one ever called me with the estimate. I guess they didn’t want out business.
It was great working with Dawn at True Temp to get the correct unit picked out! We had some considerations that made the purchase less straight forward and Dawn had the needed answers and asked all the right questions to make sure we had the right system for our house. The techs arrived on time, were friendly, and clean about their work. They explained things well and were quick about their work. The house was back to cooling down well before I expected them to be done. I would HAPPILY use True Temp again!
