Great service!!!
I called True Temp this morning and they had a technician out within just a couple hours. Ivan was the technicians name. He was extremely polite and friendly. He had the system diagnosed in minutes as a faulty blower motor. He handled the warranty claim with the manufacturer, retrieved the new part, and reinstalled. He also double checked the rest of the system. 10/10 awesome experience. Hopefully I won't need them again soon but if so I know I'm taken care of. Thanks!
True Temp heating and air inc have always been professional
Ivan is friendly and out going in addition to being effective and through in his work. Today they replaced a blower motor that had given a minor problem or two but failed during the maintenance with a motor that was better and the multi-speeds worked. They had to go back to the shop to get parts and they were back before I could finish my coffee. Great work guys!
