Believe it or not, here’s my experience replacing an AC unit. I needed to replace my air conditioner, so I decided to get estimates from two or three different companies. The first one quoted me $12,623 to fully replace both units. But Jackson (5 stars) from True Techs HVAC recommended replacing just the outdoor unit for $3,500 — because the second one, the indoor unit, was in good shape and would last another ten years or so. 10/10 would recommend! Very professional and knowledgeable. Easy to schedule and prompt arrival. Very courteous, even changed the grate on my ceiling because it looked so worn. Can't say enough good things! You won't be disappointed!
