I used to go to True Stylez, with Luis as my barber. My last visit was extremely unprofessional. I waited over 2 hours after being told multiple times I was “next.” Each time someone else walked in, he would say he was going to cut them “really quick,” which kept delaying me until I finally left. Shortly after that visit, I noticed bumps and pimples all over my scalp, especially the back of my head.
