True Strength Boxing is an awesome program, Coach Frank is a Great coach who pays great attention to detail and will build you up no matter what level you come in at, I've been training at the gym for almost 2 years as well as training at other gyms and theres something about True Strength that really makes it feel like home ! Amazing boxing coach that works for everyone's individual needs. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to start being more active or learning how to box.
