I had a disappointing experience with True Street Performance. Communication was poor, and the service did not meet my expectations. I encountered issues that were not resolved in a timely manner, which made the overall experience frustrating. I hope the company works on improving customer service and addressing customer concerns more effectively. Based on my experience, I believe there is room for improvement in responsiveness, transparency, and overall customer satisfaction.
Brought my car in for what was supposed to be a simple brake pad replacement. What a nightmare. They kept my car for 3 full days when they quoted me one day. When I finally got it back, the brakes were still squeaking loudly and the steering felt loose. I took it to another shop the next day and they told me this place didn’t even finish the job properly and used the cheapest, lowest-quality pads available. I have known Jim for six years and he is a stand up guy. The work done by True Street Performance is truly remarkable and on point. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a Mopar Speed Shop.
Had a great experience at True Street Performance. They mounted and balanced my wheels and tires, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. It’s not always easy to find a shop you can trust with your car, but these guys clearly know what they’re doing. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.
