I cannot recommend True Street Performance enough. From start to finish, Jim, Marissa and the entire team treated me like family and made me feel like a VIP customer. I brought my Hellcat in for a performance build that included an upper pulley package, Legmaker intake, catless mid pipes, Borla ATAK exhaust, catch can, dyno tuning, and supporting modifications. I had a disappointing experience with True Street Performance. Communication was poor, and the service did not meet my expectations. I encountered issues that were not resolved in a timely manner, which made the overall experience frustrating. I hope the company works on improving customer service and addressing customer concerns more effectively. Based on my experience, I believe there is room for improvement in responsiveness, transparency, and overall customer satisfaction.
