Taylor at the front desk is always super helpful and kind. Lauryn is a great pt and was very adaptive and helped a lot.
I’ve worked with True sports for over the past two years dealing with multiple injuries. All of the trainers are great people who genuinely care about you, and work to get you back to 100%, best physical therapy place I have had throughout my career.
They are very kind and knowledgeable and will work to get to know you and do what is best for your injury. They’ll definitely push you and work you hard but I think you need that if you want to get better
Went here for most of the summer with problems from hips to knees to shins due to numerous reasons, but True Sports got me straightened out and well prepared for my upcoming freshman season of track. Progress was showing in my everyday routines and workouts. 10/10 experience! Would highly recommend.
