Matt was attentive to my concerns about a neck injury that popped up and he promptly used multiple modalities to help combat the pain and muscle tension I have been experiencing. He also gave me some good foundational exercises to add to my routine for maintenance throughout my recovery and beyond. 10/10 experience. There’s a reason I drove an hour to see one of the best around. Matt and the True Sports Physical Therapy team have something really special going on.
True Sports Physical Therapy is one of the best physical therapy spots in the mid Atlantic area.. if not the best. Matt is one of the best PT’s I’ve worked with and I’ve worked with many PT’s. As someone who plays sports and has the wear and tear on my body I highly recommend going to see Matt. They are amazing people they help me out with everything and keep me motivated to get better and stronger every day I come into therapy.
True Sports PT is the absolute best. I saw them for a year post-ACL & meniscus surgery, and could not imagine doing that recovery without them. They were incredibly personalized and attentive, setting and continually adapting plans based on my goals and needs.
