I have been doing CrossFit/OLY lifting for about 4-5 years now. Fantastic experience! I contacted Kevin when I hurt my lower back lifting. He was able to see me quickly and help me through immediate pain management and mobility to back to training rehab. We worked one on one and after every session I left knowing clearly what homework I could do to help. He also made himself available by text if I had any questions or needed any feedback or help!
