Fantastic experience! I contacted Kevin when I hurt my lower back lifting. He was able to see me quickly and help me through immediate pain management and mobility to back to training rehab. We worked one on one and after every session I left knowing clearly what homework I could do to help. He also made himself available by text if I had any questions or needed any feedback or help!
I have been dealing with a really bad neck pain that was causing me headaches ,lack of sleep and difficulty training for a while. Thanks to Dr.Ben Arcona and Dr.Kevin Griffith I’m feeling much better now and I been able to get back to my normal routine of strength training. I highly recommend Ben and Kevin at True Sports.
