I had an excellent experience at True Sports Physical Therapy while rehabilitating my right shoulder. Matt was attentive to my concerns about a neck injury that popped up and he promptly used multiple modalities to help combat the pain and muscle tension I have been experiencing. He also gave me some good foundational exercises to add to my routine for maintenance throughout my recovery and beyond. 10/10 experience. There’s a reason I drove an hour to see one of the best around. Matt and the True Sports Physical Therapy team have something really special going on.
