I began physical therapy at True Sports PT after tearing my ACL playing D3 lacrosse at Lebanon Valley College. This was my first experience ever going to physical therapy, and I was definitely nervous before starting. However, all of the PTs at True Sports were very supportive and helped me even throughout the initial weeks of post operation. I had a shoulder surgery from an injury due to football. I am beyond happy with my experience. They were able to work with me over summer when I was not at school and the result is amazing. I had a chance to work with at three PTs and they are amazing. My arm that I had surgery on feels stronger and better than my other. I could not recommend them enough.

I went to True Sports with back pain by doctor referral and it turned out I had Kyphosis. I chose a Physical Therapy location based off of in-network insurance and proximity. I was really nervous and not sure what to expect. My experience has been phenomenal and my goals of fixing my back issue are coming to fruition!
