Thank you for the truly amazing experience. I feel so fortunate to have met the owners. They welcomed me in on their day off and aided me with my defective cassette player. Not only did they help me untangle the tape that was stuck in it, they also told me exactly what was wrong with the player and allowed me to listen to music in their shop. I had so many questions and Lee was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful!
They are truly amazing people. I had some issues setting up my turntable and speaker system. Even though I didn’t purchase the audio system directly from them, they were happy to provide consultations over the phone and reviewed all the photos and steps I sent. They are incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through instructions I might have missed. They even followed up with a call afterward. I would highly recommend them.
Wonderful people and wonderful place. I am so happy I found them. I had reached out to a couple of record repair shops in the Bay Area that said they were not able to service my old record player, and after contacting True Sound I had it repaired within a couple of hours. They are so lovely, and I will be recommending them to my friends, so thought it would only be right to recommend them to everyone.
