Nick Gowan is an amazing technician, and a true gentleman. He spent over half an hour helping me correctly diagnose the issue I was having in my system. He patiently went over every possible culprit, step by step, asked questions, and finally narrowed down what he thought the truc culprit was - and he was CORRECT!...A+++
Thank you for the truly amazing experience. I feel so fortunate to have met the owners. They welcomed me in on their day off and aided me with my defective cassette player. Not only did they help me untangle the tape that was stuck in it, they also told me exactly what was wrong with the player and allowed me to listen to music in their shop.
