Okay, first and foremost, Astoria (Story) was an absolute gem on the phone with me when scheduling me. I called during an Essence of Australia trunk show which I had found out about moments prior to calling, and Story was able to squeeze me in with the kindest person EVER, Rebekah. Elise helped me find my dress, and she was so so helpful. I appreciated the tour they give in the beggining. She was sure to take note of my likes and dislikes and made some great recommendations for dresses. Her attention to detail is phenomenal and with Elise, you never need to worry about having quality service. 10/10 in my book 💜
Anisha was my bridal stylist. She was knowledgeable and fun. She made the experience comfortable right away and really understood my vision. She chose dresses based on my body type and how I wanted to look. I found a dress that flatters me that I feel amazing in. Everyone here was super nice. Can’t imagine going elsewhere to find a dress, definitely the best in West MI.
I am a bride who shopped at True Society and worked with bridal stylist, Story. She helped make my experience feel comfortable when I was a little anxious to start. She listened to my vision and carried it out perfectly. Everyone was super kind and helpful during my experience. 10/10 recommend!
I couldn’t imagine a better experience for finding my wedding dress. Astoria is as kind as she is funny and professional. As someone who struggles with body image I have never felt so comfortable and confident at True society. Each consultant walking by was kind and gave compliments. There was such good teamwork and communication amongst the staff. I felt seen and appreciated as a client rather than being just another girl trying to find her dream dress. It made for such an amazing day.
