Our family has had two awesome experiences here. They have a lovely space, wide range of gowns, and take the time to understand what the bride is looking for. Don’t be fooled by the light-hearted, casual way your sales person will chat with you - these ladies are professionals. The time that the darling Leelu took to listen and narrow down our search, was very much appreciated. Her sweet nature put us all at ease and made the afternoon just perfect. ❤️
This shop is located in a strip mall which felt strange, the shop was very dim and Leelu assisted us. From the moment our appointment started Leelu was obnoxious to listen to and over the course of 90 minutes said “gorg” 56 times and “love that” 36 times. She was commenting and talking the entire time and not reading the vibe of the bride or the group watching. Leelu ruined the entire experience by making herself the center of the appointment. I had the perfect bridal experience with Emma at True Society! I went shopping alone because my bridal party is all scattered out of state but Emma made me feel comfortable and the rest of the crew felt like my girl squad. It was so much fun to tour the dresses and have a chance to experience it all. They gave me a glass of champagne and a box of little valentine sweets and treats!
