I had hands down the best experience EVER at this location! My stylist was Abby and she was absolutely wonderful. You can tell she loves what she does because it shows! This shop allowed me to bring in all 8 of my people for my appointment, and Abby made it so fun and exciting for us the entire time! Her dress picks were on point, and I ended up picking a dress that I wouldn’t have even thought to look at. Truly an incredible spot for brides to be!!
Refused to help us expand try-on selection above intended budget. Any bride that LOVES a gown will rework her budget. Spend less on something else wedding related to get the dress her heart wants. Part of being in sales is to help the buyers dream becomes realized!!! Maybe was just the girl that our appointment was with, but truly don't think I'd refer them to others. I booked my very first bridal appointment here as I had read good reviews and heard they don’t work on commission. When I spoke to them over the phone, I was transparent about my lower budget and expressed that I wanted to get an idea of what I like (and had been looking at second-hand dress sites).
