We have tried 2 different loan officers at this location, neither of them can do their job or get anything done. We have had to finish the process with a different location.
The absolutely worst bank if you mobile deposit a check more than 750 bucks they will hold your it for 7+ days! The worse bank!!
Rude branch employee. Disputing ownership of the road that allows entry to branch and exiting atm’s. Vehicle bottomed out on the massive dip in road right next to the branch. No response from senior leadership about issue. City of Newcastle stated they will soon be fining TrueSky. Do what’s right and fix your issues!
Can't spend your money and when you try to call their 24/7 number it says it's closed then puts a hold on your card so you can't use it. Worst bank experience I've ever had.
