Stopped in there yesterday for some checks and the woman working the front was completely rude. She acted like I was putting her out. I've been getting checks printed for years because I only use 12 checks a year and it makes no sense to buy a box. I pay $2 a sheet for them so its not like I'm abusing a free service. She said we'll I hope you know what number checks you need cause I have no way of knowing what numbers we have already given you and then told me they will only issue so many checks before they expect you to buy... read more
We have tried 2 different loan officers at this location, neither of them can do their job or get anything done. We have had to finish the process with a different location.
The absolutely worst bank if you mobile deposit a check more than 750 bucks they will hold your it for 7+ days! The worse bank!!
Rude branch employee. Disputing ownership of the road that allows entry to branch and exiting atm’s. Vehicle bottomed out on the massive dip in road right next to the branch. No response from senior leadership about issue. City of Newcastle stated they will soon be fining TrueSky. Do what’s right and fix your issues!
