Worked with Ashley the Owner to get my Airbnb cleaned/turned over for the next guest. I contacted her several days in advance, set her up with the new items and gave her new pin codes to get into the home. Given her excitement, enthusiasm, and willingness to gather details on how to proceed forth with making a business relationship, I assumed she was all in with making this work. Hannah did an incredible deep clean job. She was sweet, prompt, thorough, and efficient. She even went above and beyond and completed jobs I didn't ask her to. Next time I need a deep clean, I will contact TSCS again.
I had a deep cleaning done, and I am a little bit of a clean “freak” - the woman was professional and cleaned the way I like. Their communication was great and they confirmed my appointment beforehand. Loved them and will use them again. Definitely recommend!
