I really relate to Irina, she understands the trauma I’ve been through and is understanding and so real. She’s also lived through having the same sort of upbringing as myself which to me makes having sessions with her even better since she has personal experience.

10/10 would recommend Tessie as a therapist to anyone but especially if you intellectualize your traumas and have problems feeling / processing with your body.

Would not recommend. They emphasize that they don't take sides. Yet they will gang up on one person, gaslight, and twist your words around. They also charged me extra for a session that went over the time without my approval to extend the session. It's the therapist's responsibility to keep track of the time, not the client. They also use a low quality video conferencing app called Jane that causes nothing but frustrations because it doesn't work properly. We tried on two mainstream phones and always had issues.
