Jeff is an incredibly knowledgeable bodyworker and provides excellent, wholistic care. I always leave my sessions feeling that my body aches and muscle tightness has not only been alleviated, but that the underlying causes have been resolved as well. I haven’t found this working with anyone else. I’ve also learned so much about my body along the way and Jeff does a great job of sharing his knowledge and providing tips for supporting your body. This persons practice is more aligned with what most people would call “energy work” as opposed to actual bodywork.
I had the most amazing experience! Jeff is incredible and so knowledgeable. I felt extremely comfortable the entire session and he made a point to check in and reassure me to share any thoughts or feelings I had. My body usually hurts consistently, but after my session my body felt so relieved and light. I’m 100% coming back
Jeff has worked wonders for me. His anatomical knowledge is first class, and a session with him always gets me back to feeling good when I have a flare-up of nerve pain. These flare-ups have become less and less frequent over time, with Jeff's bodywork and the additional stretches that he's recommended to me. I recommend Jeff to everyone I know!
