Our metal roof is about 15 years old, and we wanted to make sure we took care of it properly so it would last as long as possible. We hired True Roofers to do a full screw change and address a few other minor issues. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with True Roofers. They first replaced the roof on my office several years ago, and the work turned out excellent. I can’t say enough good things about True Roofers. After a recent storm caused damage to my roof, they stepped in and helped guide me through the entire insurance claim process. With their help, my roof was fully replaced by my insurance company, and the only cost I was responsible for was my deductible. Duane was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. Brandon and the whole team at True Roofers did a fantastic job advocating for me as a homeowner and navigating us through a very complicated process of getting the insurance claim properly considered and approved. Our brand new roof looks amazing and the workmanship was top of the line! Brandon was responsive every time we had questions and made sure we were well informed through the whole process.
