Phenomenal service from top to bottom. Excellent communication and kept us up to date on everything. Fought for us on ever level so we didn’t have to pay for anything we shouldn’t have to and made sure this experience with insurance wasn’t a burden but actually a wonderful experience that helped improve the safety and look of our home. Odis (owner) at True roofing was such a pleasure to work with. His crew showed up on time everyday when working on my roof. All of his crew members were polite and very professional. I really appreciated the fact they would clean up at the end of everyday. I highly recommend True roofing to anyone looking to install a new roof!!
Operated fairly quick.
We have had True Room come and clean our roof valleys two times now. In both cases, our roof had started to leak simply because of the buildup of dirt and leaves in those valleys. In both cases, the cleaning of our roof stopped leaks. I'd highly recommend Otis and his team at True Room
