A one-hour float at True Rest Float Spa in Napa is more relaxing and healing than any massage or other body work treatment I've tried. I am 80 years old with arthritis and my body LOVES this! I am also a meditator and find floating to be the easiest and fastest way to access a deep and peaceful meditative state. Afterwards, I feel truly renewed in body and mind!
Floating is something that may take some getting used to but I have found that it’s very relaxing once you do multiple sessions. I need to try a 90min float next because I always find myself nodding off right at the end of my 60min session.
Float spa is a scam. I paid for 5 months of credits and the owner of roseville closed its doors. No warning and no refund. Don't trust this company.
It's so relaxing to feel weightless and warm. Such a great spot to unwind and recharge.
