I had such an amazing experience at True REST Float Spa! From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly kind and took the time to explain the entire float process, which made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. Beyond frustrated. I showed up early as requested for a 5:30 float, only to be told at 5:50 I’d have to wait another 10 minutes. Even though another pod was empty, the staff member refused to swap my room "because of the schedule," even though it would have solved the delay for everyone. I left livid instead of relaxed. This is the second time this has happened, and if management doesn't address the lack of staff training and common-sense logistics, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and asking for a refund on my packages... read more
