Today I floated here for the very first time. I have a shoulder injury and I suffer from extreme stress and anxiety. I already feel a difference both physically and mentally. I can't wait for my next session! Thank you!
Pretty cool experience...I was nervous at first. I thought I wouldnt be able to last the whole hour but I did! And it was interesting. In a nutshell, I was re-introduced to my body. Specifically where I hold onto tension. Then I would breath thru it and relax....Looking forward to the next time! Travis (owner) is patient and knowledgeable.
Travis was amazing, the ambience was very zen. My daughter and I can't wait to go back for her birthday!!!
Sensational! I originally bought this for my boyfriend and he wanted me to try it with him so I did and WOW! I can honestly say it was amazing!! We are definitely going to get a float package and do this at least twice a month! Thank you Travis!
