After four visits... I can certainly recommend it for the deep relaxation and pain relief the visits has provided for me. I got my first visit as a Christmas gift from a friend... but going in to do it I was very apprehensive - just not sure this was for me. But I found this is truly quality "me time" like I've not experienced before - because of not having any distractions at all and not one around.
