Does a body and soul good!!
Neat experience. I've only gone twice and I heard it gets better each time. Personally, I was cold most of the time, which probably detracted from the experience, but it was very relaxing. You get to use the oxygen bar for free when you're done, which is a nice bonus.
It was transportive.... weightless, peaceful, easing one into serenity and finally nirvana. I didn't want to return to reality
