Hi Guys, I just did my first float today and it was AWESOME. I am a little on the claustraphobic side so was a little nervous but it was a complete non issue. I chose to have the pod opened about 6 inches just to know I wasn't fully closed in. I also chose to leave the low level light on inside the pod. I was so comfortable and non stressed I actually closed the light for a bit an enjoyed the complete darkness and tranquil music. What a beautiful Spa! Do yourself a favor, love yourself enough to give yourself the gift of floating! I am so happy and grateful now I have somewhere that I can start to finish be completely relaxed and enjoy my time in Sedona that much more.
